ocated at Eilot, the southernmost kibbutz in the world, overlooks the beautiful interface of the Eilat Mountains in the west, and the Edom Mountains in the east.
Chef Oshri Lankri ensures the fine quality of this country restaurant’s richly assorted buffet. The restaurant also offers a diversified menu featuring international dishes, casseroles, meat-grill and richly colored salads, all inspired by creative Israeli cuisine and ethnic dishes.

On Friday nights the restaurant serves traditional home-made dishes “like mother used to make”: Chraime (fish with vegetables in a special sauce), stuffed chicken, North African couscous and many other authentic dishes.

Conferences and Banquets at “Kapot Tmarim” Restaurant:
The restaurant can cater up to 300 guests at the air-conditioned restaurant or in our beautifully groomed garden. Our auditorium is equipped with an excellent sound system, perfect for conferences, presentations and performances.

Catering: We offer gourmet catering services accommodating between 50 and 500 people.

Kashrut and other certification: This Kosher restaurant is under the supervision of the Eilat Rabbinate. We have been granted a business license and manufacturer’s certification by the Ministry of Health.
